Our Policies

Client must provide a complete and thorough hair history as many prior factors could adversely affect the outcome of services and integrity of hair.

It is required for a client to have a virtual or in person consultation before booking appointments.

​

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 48 hours before it is scheduled. If the client reschedules or cancels after that or does not show up to the appointment, they will be assessed a fee of 50% of the booked service. This fee can be applied toward the cost of service in the event of a reschedule. The same appointment may only be rescheduled once for this to apply.

Client has 7 days from the date of appointment to notify Beautifully You Salon if any adjustments need to be made. Minor adjustments are complimentary, but complete style changes will be charged at full rate. Beautifully You Salon does not offer the option of a refund.

Only children receiving services are able to come to the salon. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult not receiving services. If at any time the child should endanger themselves or the stylist, service will stop and be rescheduled at a later time.
